  • What is the shelf life of the products?
    All our delights have 1 YEAR shelf life
  • What are the storage conditions for the products?
    Store our Turkish Delight varieties in a cool and dry environment
  • Are the products fresh?
    All our products are vacuum-sealed in boxes, which keeps the product as fresh as the first day until the box is opened.
  • Are there any additives in the products?
    We use additives that are subject to approval by the Australian Food Authorities and the Department of Agriculture as necessary.
  • What are the payment and shipping options?
    Accept payments from leading debit/credit card brands, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We offer flat-rate delivery to all Sydney suburbs and work with private couriers for interstate orders.
  • Do you have gift package options?
    All our packages are meticulously designed as gift packages, offering both paper and tin packaging options. Customers have the flexibility to choose their preferred packaging style when placing orders with us. Please note that prices for tin boxes may differ.
  • Is my card information safe when paying by credit card?
    Yes, your credit card usage is secured with an SSL certificate. No one, including us, can access your card information because the information sent to the bank during the payment phase is not recorded in the system. Our system works 100% securely.
  • Can you send on time?
    For timed submissions, customers have the option to specify their preferred delivery date by providing instructions in the 'Notes about the order' section within the shipping options. Alternatively, customers may contact our customer service team for assistance in scheduling their delivery.
  • How can I report my complaints?
